Babies/Toddlers

Parent and baby class, 6mo-2yr, $140

8 classes, 30 minutes of instruction

Parents or guardians of children ages 6 months – 2 years will actively participate in their kids’ swim lessons. This not only helps increase the child’s comfort level in the water, but can help parents understand the process and practice skills with their children between classes.

Preschool Aquatics

For ages 3-5, $170

8 60-minute classes consisting of 45 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes free practice.

  • Preschool Aquatics Level 1: Familiarize children with the aquatic environment and help them acquire rudimentary basic aquatic skills. Help participants begin to develop positive attitudes  and safe practices in and around water. No skill prerequisites
  • Preschool Aquatics Level  2: Build on and improve skills learned in Preschool Aquatics Level 1. Increase knowledge of water safety topics introduced in Preschool Aquatics Level 1. Requires Successful demonstration of the Preschool Aquatics Level 1 skills assessment.
  • Preschool Aquatics Level 3: Increase proficiency and build on the basic aquatic skills learned in Preschool Aquatics Levels 1 and 2. Reinforce water safety concepts and skills introduced in earlier levels and introduce additional water safety topics. Requires successful demonstration of the Preschool Aquatics Level 2 skills assessment.

Learn to Swim Levels 1-6
and Adult

Ages 6+, $170

8 60-minute classes consisting of 45 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes free practice.

  • Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills: Students will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it. 
  • Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: Children will learn basic swimming skills, building on the basic aquatic skills and water safety skills and concepts learned in Level 1.
  • Level 3: Stroke Development: Additional guided practice will help students improve their skills.
  • Level 4: Stroke Improvement: Kids will gain confidence during swim lessons, improve their stroke and gain additional aquatic skills.
  • Level 5: Stroke Refinement: Guidance allows kids to refine their strokes and become more efficient swimmers.
  • Level 6: Swimming and Skill Proficiency: Students will learn to swim with ease and efficiency, and gain the ability to swim smoothly over greater distances. Swimmers will also have the option to participate in more advanced courses.

Water Safety Aide Training

For ages 11-adult

10am-3:30pm for 4 days before sessions begin.

Students learn to aide the instructors as well as receive individualized stroke instruction. Aides can then assist instructors with classes during the regular sessions. (Bring a lunch, snack, and water bottle.) Call for pricing and information.

Junior Lifeguard

In this two week program, 11 through 14-year-olds prepare to be future lifeguards.

Lifeguard Training

Lifeguard Training and Water Safety Instructor training classes will be available in May and June.
